Сучасні тенденції в дизайні інтер'єру ресторану

Abstract

В даній роботі надано результати дослідження сучасних тенденцій в дизайні інтер’єру ресторанних закладів. Розглянуто чинники, які впливають на формування дизайнерського рішення в процесі проєктування інтер’єру ресторану. Серед основних чинників виділено кухню, цільову аудиторію відвідувачів, місце розташування закладу. Проаналізовано нові тенденції останніх років у формуванні художньо-естетичних рішень інтер’єру ресторанів. Виявлено шляхи формування інтер’єру сучасного ресторанного закладу, який допоможе задовольнити вимоги і власників, і відвідувачів.

This work presents the results of a research of current trends in restaurants interior design. The factors that influence the formation of the design decision in the process of designing the interior of the restaurant are considered. Among the main factors are the kitchen, the target audience of visitors, the location of the institution. New trends of recent years in the formation of artistic and aesthetic solutions for the interior of restaurants are analyzed. Ways to form the interior of a modern restaurant, which will help meet the requirements of both owners and visitors.
