| Abstract: | У статті уточнено сутність наукової категорії "глобалізація". Виявлено негативні тенденції зниження чисельності населення. Запропоновано класифікацію суб’єктів господарювання, розкрито особливості сучасних глобалізаційних та інтеграційних процесів. Обґрунтовано заходи щодо удосконалення організації й функціонування корпорацій в умовах глобалізації. The article clarifies the essence of the scientific category "globalization". Revealed negative trends in population decline. A classification of business entities is pro posed, the features of modern globalization and integration processes are disclosed. Substantiated measures to improve the organization and functioning of corporations in the context of globalization. |
